In most Boston luxury real estate transactions, there are several participants involved, including the buyer, the seller, their respective agents and attorneys representing the clients. Each play an extremely important role to help put a Boston luxury homes deal together.

This is frequently when negotiations fall through the cracks. Simple and mundane issues become “problems” which never existed in the first place. Buyers or sellers who only rely on their friend's attorney advice will become victims, and the deal will fall through for no reason. The Boston luxury homes seller has lost a deal, and the buyer is out in the market yet again and the saga continues.

Fortunately, these instances are rare. Always remember that it is important to get the best help and advice you can, rather than being obligated to hire an attorney who is a family friend or an attorney who maybe a great attorney in some areas of law, but not necessarily real estate.
