Benefits of Living in a Boston High Rise

There was a time that two categories of people would generally live in a full service, high rise building: singles and empty nesters. However, this has changed drastically in Boston luxury real estate.

Nowadays, as life gets busier and more complicated, families with small children opt for the convenient and comforting lifestyle that a full service building provides. Their notion of “the American Dream” has been transformed from a house with a yard to a Boston luxury condo. Some families buy into the best of both worlds – with a high rise condo and a country or a beach house in addition.

Some of the full service buildings have a hotel component, which means hotel services can be enjoyed by high rise residents for a fee, including meals and room services available to hotel guests. Many residents appreciate the service aspect of adjoining hotels, like the Mandarin Oriental - the very high end luxury hotel/residence.
