New Boston Waterfront Projects

September 17, 2016 |

The Rose Kennedy Greenway on the Waterfront has turned into a blissful oasis in the city to stroll, relax and mingle. On weekends, there are artisanal vendors and craftsmen selling their goods and creating a happy and relaxing atmosphere. Needless to say, it has become prime Boston luxury real estate.

There hasn’t been a new project on the Waterfront or along the Greenway in a long time until now. The new building full of Boston luxury homes is called “The Boulevard” at 110 Broad Street. It's broken ground to include 3500+ sq’ of street level retail space and 31 Boston luxury homes plus 48 or so underground garage parking spaces.

The Greenway at 99 State St. was probably the last new building built on the Greenway prior to The Boulevard. The Boulevard units vary in size, and the pent house will have nearly 4000 sq’ feet. Since there hasn’t been a new building there in a long time, it is bound to attract Boston luxury real estate buyers from all walks of life. The location is attractive to buyers working in the Financial District, since they're able to enjoy life on the waterfront and live within walking distance to the North End and all the great restaurants and cafés. It is a great area to live in away from the hustle and bustle.

The advantage of owning Boston luxury homes on the Waterfront is that you don’t have to cross any bridges and deal with traffic to get in to town. You can walk anywhere from there.
