Boston Luxury High-Rise Living with Panoramic Vistas

April 8, 2017 |

Longer, sunnier and warmer days will make Boston luxury home buyers gravitate more and more towards chic residences with water views. Spring also makes home buyers crave Boston luxury real estate within easy walking distance to the water and the Waterfront neighborhood. Something about the tranquil water conjures the relaxing comfort of vacation.

The sale volume of high end waterfront properties accelerates during spring and summer months, and many new Boston luxury home listings come on the market. Buyers have a wide range of luxury units to select. High rise luxury buildings line the Seaport to the Waterfront areas on Atlantic and Commercial Ave, offering a variety of floor plans, amenities, unique views and services. Depending on your price point and size, there are many Boston luxury real estate options. There are brand new buildings that will command slightly higher prices for new construction versus existing, highly desirable buildings.

A vast array of Boston luxury home options is available now. There are grand luxury units in the older buildings that may provide a much better layout and incredible vistas, but lack the same level of services as newer buildings. The prices of these units (price /sq. ft.), taking the competition into consideration, may be more intriguing to buyers.

Take the gorgeous corner unit at Harbor Towers for example. This high-end unit has views to covet, unlike any other on the market at the moment. There are spectacular vistas of the Harbor, Seaport, Boston skyline, clock tower, Zakim Bridge and even the iconic Citgo sign. The best part is the price, which is half the asking prices that brand new construction units command. It all depends on individual needs and preferences in terms amenities, Boston neighborhood, features and finishes, etc.
