Restaurants and Other Boston Luxury Real Estate Amenities Near the Seaport
September 14, 2015There was a time when there were more restaurants in the Seaport area than Boston luxury homes. Almost every restaurant in the city started opening a location in the Seaport neighborhood. Every new restaurant that opened had a slightly different twist than its neighbor to attract curious clientele. There were a bevy of seafood restaurants, steak houses, Cafes, tequila bars, sport bars, pizzerias, and the list goes on.
Except for the summer months, most Seaport restaurants are not super crowded, especially since this area wasn’t a bustling Boston luxury real estate neighborhood until recently. Residential buildings are mushrooming everywhere in the area with over 5000+ Boston luxury homes either built or slated to being built. To name a few, there are several developments on Congress Street, Waterside place, Seaport Square, Pier 4 and the list continues.
In addition to the restaurants, commercial and Boston luxury real estate buildings, and other amenities such as fitness centers, food markets and pharmacies are putting their stamp in the area. Foodies and a giant Wholefoods are not too far from Seaport and make shopping very convenient. It will still be a few years off before we can call Seaport a “established” neighborhood, but it’s definitely getting there.
